I was already to sit down and enjoy a quiet evening with the computer and House Pride. *sniff* Just Murphy's Law in action once again.

Realizing that I have been seriously blowing off my sorting and other responsibilities on House Pride as of late, I had decided that today was the day I was going to rectify my err. I sat down this afternoon after my son was fast asleep and my daughter as best entertained as I could possibly make her for the time being. But, there was a stack of paid bills that needed to be filed sitting between me and the monitor. Took care of those. And, of course, along the way a few other "urgencies" cropped up.

Finally, I clicked on "House Pride" under my favorites and (saddness) the site was down. But oh, here is my opportunity to finally sign up for an lj account. I started to set up my account, requested membership on housepride and.....baby crying. Arrrggghhhh!

So, now here I am at almost 1:00 a.m. finally starting my first entry and hoping that I am doing everything right. Let me know if I am not.

I guess that I am off to go poke around the rest of the community and see what I can find. Toodles for now.
